Any help would be appreciated. Mostly concerned with matching the C.

Not sure of the Font but try this website:

Ive used it a few times to ID fonts I wasn't sure about. It's sometimes a hit and miss but sometimes it works.

I tried that. I even replicated the C -- through corel, and it gives me all basic fonts, none with the little points off of them.
