Hi there,trying to plot convex 6mm and proshield 12mm. Plotter cant cope!!!! Am i asking too much of it? The blade wont lift when it should to move to the next item and just drags across!! Dont have a manual for the plotter so have no idea if I can put this right. Urgent help needed please.
