Hi, does anyone have experience cutting 3M 3930 Series High Intensity Prismatic Reflective on the Mimaki CG 160 FX? I have tried 45 and 56 degree blades with a pressure setting of 400, at various blade depths, speed is at 5%. Just cutting 5 x 24 rectangles...some have radius corners. Thanks!

here is my 2 cents

SPB 0006 blade, 306 pressure, 4.33 what we use don't change anything but the blade length out of the holder about 3 times the normal length exposed,
Just cut 50,000 digits
Good luck hope this helps

Thanks for the reply! I will order those blades. What is the 4.33? Is 4 speed and .33 the offset?
