So,Just need the printer/cutter/Software rip/and XP pc ?
I think the Mutoh Outdoor jr is good starter eco solvent printer for this work.

*****Need advise:what plotter/cutter would work with it and software(rip software).
LOOKING AT DOING ARROW WRAPS AND REAR TRUCK WINDOW DECALS.
Any advise on buying starter settup FOR THIS TYPE OF WORK?

Ok, no problem...just thought I was gettin' spammed or something. Sounds like you are lookin' on eBay. That's risky business not knowing anything about the items. It's hard enough buying new from a vendor, and them backing up the product. There's a huge learning curve there. I'd REALLY recommend Advantage. They are great w/ setup and helping you after the purchase.
