Like most corp logos they are normally hand drawn and not font based. Sometimes you may be able to find a similar font but rarely are they exact. If you can get a good straight on facing image of the letters you can use whatthefont to try and come up with something similar.

 

Rather than trying to trace from photographs, the far better approach is to search online for PDF-based documents. User manuals, brochures, etc. Very often you can PDFs containing authentic vector-based logos. Sometimes those PDFs will be password protected. But sometimes they're not protected. Doesn't hurt to search.
