Pole banners - Do you make them or buy them?

I'm looking for either a supplier of blank pole banners, an inexpensive manufacturer of them, or a good way to make them [sample below]. They have to be 2-sided, blue substrate. I don't think printing them is a great option due to the solid background color on both sides, plus the hem and pole pockets. We would probably need about 10-20 of them. Any advice is appreciated.

We do some in-house as well as use indy imaging. We upload a tiff at the finished size and they work in the bleeds and such.

We do ours in-house, they are always printed.

We do them in-house and send out to be hemmed. We are currently working on a project now. I'll post some pics once done and installed.

Sven we also do them in house and just hem and add grommets to the corners.
