Pole Mounted vertical banners

I have a customer who wants to mount the largest possible banner to his flag pole. We have done 3'x8' this way in the past, but the boss wants to attempt a 3'x10' this time. Do you guys think 3'x10' would work alright? The wind in the area is mainly from traffic (it's on a 4-lane highway).
