police/DEA type business cards???

I need some business cards printed with foil seal for the dept of Justice/DEA. way back a long time ago, I found a company in CA that printed cards for law enforcement, any one know them or another company that does this?

We use BCE in Clearwater for foil jobs... they should be able to help.

do they specialize in law enforcement cards or just do foil? I work with a BCE (Business Card Express) in New Hampshire but they do foil but not like this. these are foil/embossed official seals and I need to have that kind.
