Hi, i have an old but very trusty Gerber Emboss Track 36 running on Flexi 8, when i load my media and click poll size it reads 9.45" rather than 24", if i need to cut at the right size i need to reduce my job to 40%.
If i click "fit to media" it fills the page on the screen then cuts the job full size on my 24" media, it doesn't cut to the 9.45" it says on the poll size, any ideas?
