Polycarb Outgassing and Back Spraying

I have a client that is back spraying Polycarb after I'm printing and the back spray is bubbling on him. I'm printing UV inks on a HP Scitex FB500 with full saturation after letting the Polycarb sit 24 hours after removing the release liner. The inks are then cured for 48 hours. He is spraying the back with white Grip Flex Trans. with a T-2004 thinner. 2 parts thinner, 1 part paint. Any thoughts?
