Polypropylene-polyester?

I have job spec I'm trying to quote that state "polypropylene-polyester" mounted to 1/2" black sintra. This is for a state agency. Usually this customer doesn't specify what type of vinyl/film, they usually just specify the substrate. So I called the customer and asked if sign vinyl like we normally use would be ok? He said they have a new director and that he likes this material because it doesn't shrink. I started to explain the difference between calendared and cast (we always use cast for their stuff) he stopped me, said he knows there is a difference and that this change doesn't have anything to do with what we've done for them in the past. It's just a new director in charge and wants this material used.

My problem is that I don't know what they are asking for, polypropylene-polyester? What is that exactly, does anybody know? This is probably pretty dumb and obvious but I'm drawing blanks and hoping somebody can offer some guidance. I asked my customer if he knew what the material was? He is pretty knowledgeable but he told me, I have no clue and a lot of his vendors that they send these bids out to are calling him with this same question.

I offer adhesive polypropylene for that application if your interested. The poly will not shrink like vinyl.

Thanks!

What's the cost for a 54"x150' roll? You can pm me if you prefer.

Also I'm printing with roland xj 540 eco-sol max inks. Just want to make sure it's compatible.
