Pop Out Stickers

Hello! What is everyone's preferred cut line pattern for pop out stickers? I'm not crazy about our cut quality. We're running an FC8600-160 with these settings:

CUT LINE PATTERN:
CUT .752"
UP .016"
UP MODE: 2

TOOL POSITION: 3 (over the channel)

I found that .315 and .008 works pretty good. Its finicky getting the actual blade depth right as well. It really depends on what your cutting and what the issue is. Another thing to consider is how old the blade is, once the blade starts to get older its tough to get consistently good perf cut results.

You'll go through more cutting strips, but cutting your perf on the cutting strips gives cleaner perf cuts. Just factor the cutting strips into your job though and don't let it go to shreds before replacing it.
