Portrait Glamour Shot Soft Lens Plugin?

Years ago I had some photo effects that included a number of portrait soft lens effects. They showed up in Photoshop
under "Image" not "Filter".

Can anyone recommend something? Maybe a free one?

Here's a tutorial for Ps:

You can record this as an action too. With an action you automate most if not all of the effect.
Sometimes this is a better way to go since you have ultimate control over the finished product.
