Pos Pro material on the 360

Drip Dry

New Member
I printed a sample of Pos Pro 200 on the 360.
The leading edge curled up when it came out of the heater.
Wasn't too bad but after it laying on the table overnight, the entire print was curled liked a pretzel making
it unusable.

I printed it on the Versacamm, but I want to fade out using this machine.

Any one have any ideas of how to be able to print it on the 360 ?

Lower heaters...most profiles default to 240 degrees...way too hot...start 205-210...

I'd start on the low side...

the other way around...install the dbl sided banner inserts/fabric and this will minimize direct contact of heaters and film and prevent curl
