Just wanted to mention a problem I had with my creation cutter recently, I noticed it stopped cutting for no particular reason, I couldn't see any up and down movement of the cut head while it was working.
I discovered the thumb screw that clinches the blade holder was tightened too far, this was causing the screw to foul with the edge of the cut head cover and not allowing it to move up and down.
Now that I think about it this was possibly the cause of another problem I had earlier where the blade would not lift off the work between cuts leaving a slight cut across the vinyl.
All my fault, I shouldn't have tightened the thumb screw up so hard, just figured it needed to be tight so the blade didn't slip up while cutting.
