Post & Panel frame system

Got a bid for a 5'x10'post & panel sign with frame. The spec calls for the frame & posts to be powder coated. The vendors I've used offer paint but not powder coating.
I can buy them mill finish and have them powder coated locally but I was wondering if there is a manufacturer offering that inhouse.
