I have a strange issue with one of my FJ-500's. After doing a head clean then pressing test print from the menu on the machine itself the printhead will move about two inches from the capping station then stop. I look at the lcd on the machine and it is blank like the machine has been turned off.
I took the front panel off of the machine where the printheads are and I can see the little green light on the board that the printheads connect to is still on. I also have turned the main power off and tried again still the same.
I have also tried just printing something from Flexi and it does the exact same thing, after ripping in flexi it will move the head and then shut off.
Any ideas??????
