Premium Pole Banners for Heat

Hello,

Does anyone have a referral for premium pole banner brackets that can withstand extreme temperature over 100 degrees and strong winds? We are looking for a system that can perfectly extend 18 oz pole banners. We were told there is a system that has a pivot that does not contain a ring. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I would consider these premium pole banner brackets. And they have all the research and wind strength research to back it all. We have a hard time selling them due to the cost but after a city has paid for economy brackets they're usually willing to pay a little more for these.
