It is an OEM product which will be drop-shipped directly from Mutoh to customers. Please note per Mutoh policy, parts that not installed by a certified Mutoh technician will carry no warranty.

1. Send us a Mutoh part number
2. or Send us photo of the the defective parts + type of the machine from
3. We will reply with a part number and a link to check out using our website
4. Parts will be shipped out from Mutoh warehouse in Arizona
5. Ink supplies go out from our California warehouse. Cut off time 5 pm. Sat shipping is available to arrive on following monday
