Pricing for Subbed out Jobs on my HP800W, super slow white print

Any recommendations for pricing a print I am doing for another local shop on my HP 800W. They are supplying the material, but it is a material that i have not used before, so i will need to set up the print mode, temp, saturation, etc. The machine will need to do a color calibration. Then they are going to be super slow prints, like 50+ pass mode at 160%white with color on top. So for two 30x120" print jobs, that might take all day or longer. Do you charge a SQ ft price plus an hourly rate on the machine price? Any ball parks for these?

Sorry if these are very basic questions for a print shop to be asking, we only print items for our own shop which we sell online and are more recently getting into local jobs. So i am still very new at this.

Thanks!

Sorry, cannot help with the quoting question.

I would recommend that you gain some understanding of the media that they will be providing (i.e. polyester or vinyl/ clear or colored) and then print using an available media preset for a similarly-constructed media. The PrintOS Media Locator is available for this.

You do not run color calibrations with white print modes. Underflood White prints at about 22-33 square feet/ hr depending on white ink density used. Finally, I would run the job overnight or at a time when the printer would otherwise be unused (you should be able to monitor it remotely via the PrintOS mobile app).
