So true, alongside the one I got the other day on version 6 of his can we just try the colour in this, that and the other, we then settle on a design only for him to email me and say "My Managing Director is back and he wants this - (totally different design) so back to square 1 - I then tell him there will be a design charge to get a response of . "I didn't think you charged for design" our leaflet designers don't... - Customer also commonly known as dickhead grrr ...
