Pricing out a large window perf job

Hey everybody. Looking for advice on how to price out this big job. I will be outsourcing the perf from another shop and have been quoted 2.4k at the lowest and 3.8k at the highest.

About 15 large window panes and the perf is 70/30. Artwork will be done by me.

I was thinking just markup the sourced perf x2 or x2.5, charge flat artwork fee and call it a day? What do you guys think.

What kind of square footage? Do you need to set up scaffolding? Rent a lift? Are the windows small enough for one piece or are they tiled and need to be aligned?

Just found out about S365, already approved plus another guy reached out to me here. Always finding valuable info on this forum

Is S365 reasonable for us Winnipeggers? I always assumed with shipping it wouldn't be worth considering.

I'd offer to print this for you but I'm not gonna try to compete with someone like S365.

If you need any other stuff done let me know, happy to help. We print for lots of other companies that don't have printers.
