Does anyone know if any hardware store carries it ? ( home depot, lowes, ace, etc....)

I believe it's been phased out as it's only for 3M products and there's just no demand.

Have not heard of 3M's Primer being phased out but there is an alternative. Pro Bond adhesive promoter. Fellers carries it. Cannot say I've ever seen either in any sort of retail store like Lowes though but I've also never thought to look for that at a retailer.

Crazy question, but why do you prefer to purchase it from a hardware store?

I ran out and needed some today....plus it's a good thing to know if it was available locally.
