Print and Cut 11x17 heat transfers

I am trying to print and cut 11x17 heat transfers with and epson 1100 print and roland gx-24 cutter. I can do this fine with 8x11 but when I print 11x17 it only prints part of the image.

I have when in the printer preferences in control panel and changed paper size to 11x17 but as soon as I send the print job from flexi the epson window that pops up says 8x11.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

did you try to change it in the epson window

The epson window that comes up is just the print status window

go into print-file and make sure it's not set on portrait it may work,,,

I don't know Flexi very well... but you can try changing your default page size in the preferences for that printer (not within Flexi) and see if Flexi is just picking up the defautl.
