print and cut bleed question

have experience printing with flexi but the print and cut option is a bit mysterious. I have a project where I have to print and cut hundreds of decals and I need the registration to not have any white on the edge. I have holes in the decal and am using Flexi pro ver 10 so I've clicked on the holes tab. it prints and cuts nice but sometimes leaves a little white edge on the cut. have tried doing outlines etc... with more of the artwork and can't quite figure out how to get a bleed line to go past the cut line any help will be appreciated.

inset the contour cut line more, i always inset mine 1/6" to 1/8" depending on the job
