Print area too small!!!!

HI guys. Me again!!!! I'm using the gs15 plotter and Gerber edge Le printer. I am trying to print and plot a job that is 12.8 inch by 26 inch. BUT...... when I output all the panel size is only 11.8 and it says I need 2 panels!!! In setup device The plotter comes up as custom size 13.250 which is big enough but the Printer comes up as custom size 11.800!!! I have tried to change it to a 15inch roll but it resets its self to 11.800. Help needed PLease............

the edge will only print 11.8" wide, but cut can be larger-

Thanks Becky. Something the guy forgot to tell me when I bought the machine!! But now I know I can design around it. Your a life saviour.
