PRINT CUT MARK is printing with lots of banding

I am having problems with the PRINT CUT MARKS on my Roland SP540V printer. The front right PRINT CUT MARK is printing with lots of banding the other mark on the left only has a few lines in it. What is causing this?

Any ideas?

The print looks ok.

probable as you say only marks affected .. sticky bed, sticky media hold down clamp.. pinch wheel rubber de laminating... just poor print head cleaning
