Calibrate no help

I updated my software as well. Ordered a usb to serial converter offline cheap $25 one.

Gerber told me that I needed to purchase there cable. I did and not a bit of difference in either cable. $100 wasn't worth it!

I am cutting some circles for center caps in rims. They are 1/8 to 1/16" off and customer won't buy it.

I have re-calibrated anything else that I can do to make it work?

Can someone send me the Calibrat.plt found in C:\Jobs\Calibrat. My Calibrat folder is empty
