Print Head for PrismJet VJ 54??

What print head would you recommend for a PrismJet VJ 54......1324XS?

This Mutoh DX7 printhead. It's a rebranded Mutoh printer.

Another question.....Would any of the 1324X print heads work?

Pretty much any DX7 head will work. They are all made by Epson. The only thing you have to watch out for is some are filled with shipping fluid for different types of inks. In my experience it's not a big problem and if you're worried about it, you can flush it out with a syringe before installing. That being said, Mutoh's official position is that you should use the proper head / shipping fluid for your ink type. But electronically and physically, they are all the same.
