Print head going out? Pics Attached

I have a Mutoh Toucan LT and it is producing a cyan halo around printed areas. This printer did the same thing in the past with the magenta. The difference is with the magenta it gradually got worse over time. This printer was printing perfect last week no issues and this week this happened. I have checked prints from the past few weeks closely and saw no halo. I have done nozzle checks and machine powerful cleanings and manual swob cleanings. Any ideas what could bring this on all of a sudden?

Thanks
Charlie

The nozzle check looks ok. Has a couple nozzles missing on the cyan. I ran a test print >bi d and attached a pic. The second channel of the cyan has some deflection. I also cleaned the encoder strip with no changes in the print.

On your alignment pattern, looks like both c and m are out of align.
Get into maintenance mode and look at front to backs and slants.
Could be alignments, could be a failing head, could just be static.

What did you do when this happend the first time with magenta?
As now this is with Cyan and I assume the Magenta problem is gone.
