Print install file for L360, for Onyx 21

HI, I've tried twice to get or create a Prinst file in for Onyx production house 21, for a Latex 360, and the menu just comes up empty with no options to choose anything. I redownloaded the Onyx installer, and again, all blank for the print installer.

Is anyone able to link or email me a Pr.inst file please?

(PS I still have the L360 one for Onyx 12.1 - would that work for Onyx 21?

Thanks - I did. I downloaded it to 2 different PCs. Both times it just sat there blank. In the line or pane where you are supposed to be able to choose the brand, Agfa, Canon, Epson, HP, etc, there's nothing. In the line where you pick the model. Blank. No options.

Does your computer is connected to the internet? If yes, try to switch of the firewall.

The printer is up in the print room - no internet there. It works ok.
I was trying to upgrade Onyx at the house.
I turned off the firewall in one new PC, in case that was an issue.
I can't even select Onyx 21 in the list - the menu is empty- as per my screen shot above, although I've run the installation file for v.21, hence we were up to the printer configuration stage.

I have a heap of profiles in the machine itself, and on the old PC.
Could the Onyx 12.1 Pr.inst file for L360 work? If so I'll copy that across.

Otherwise, I'd really appreciate it if someone would download and send me a copy - even that one for HP generic coated paper would be a good start, plus HP generic permanent gloss self-adhesive vinyl.
