If it is in the outside of the mouth like that would vinyl stick to it?

And if the graphic was able to be made that small in vinyl depends on the design

Other than that go get yourself one of those 25,000 logo jets or something .

Mimaki makes one...several other companies do as well..

Yes, that is top priority for sure.

There is different ways of doing it but I was hoping someone had insight on the board.

Whatever the method is I'm sure it will have to have some kind of health regulation attached to it.........pretty sure you can't just use solvent/pvc/ink for products that people put in their mouths.

I was also thinking of going the decal route since the decal doesnt touch the mouth area.

Check out what this company does. What vinyl you guys think they are using that is that scratch resistant and tough?
