Print/plot not cutting perfectly

Hi guys,

We have a SolJet Pro 4 XR-640 and I had sent an eps file to print/plot, just some simple 1.75 x 1.75" circles but as you can see from the pics the tops and bottoms of them look a bit squished and not perfectly round. I have tried changing the blade, cut force, and cutting strip but they seem to make no difference, has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Steve

we run the VS640 model, and most notable aspect is the length of the job.
Print/cut machines are limited to the accuracy of the cutting. we do stickers / decals in batches to ensure the high QTY / long runs are

have you checked the design file?

we have had issues of the cut contour lines adding either extra nodes or creating random pathways.
This is usually the result of exporting as a PDF and the RIP reading the file

The file is good, everything is centred etc. I cleaned a bunch of built up glue from the push and grit rollers, fine-tuned the print/cut adjustment and made sure all pinch rollers were used. I think it is improved much more now:
