Ok, I purchased a used DC3 plus, have never owned a printer, have no formal training...have been doing cut vinyl and making that work for years. I am trying so hard to learn all that I can so that I can make this new purchase pay for itself and offer amazing products....here is my question:
WHY does the print look so grainy on some colors but not others? I print black, red...they are perfect but if I print yellow or green or basically any thing else, it is very grainy. I can see lots of dots. The density is set at the rec. 12,000. I have tried turning that up, doesn't make an ounce of difference. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!!
