Using Flexi 8.1 with Mutoh Outdoor. No matter what I do, shut down, delete printer, delete job, I can't get a file out of the print queue. When i try to delete the file, it just flashes and comes right back. When I delete the printer, even if I rename it, it has the same file in the queue when I choose it. I think I need to clear the TCP/IP, the file has to be conected to the TCP? Help

print queue wont clear

Evie, call SAI for tech support, have them walk ya through clearing your cue, that way if you have some kind of software snafu they can straighten it out for you. You have something fishy going on there. ps did you put your cursor all the way over to the left in the production manager window and drag the frame over? it will show your set ups there. [I have 7.6 and] i remember the day i discovered the dragging over the frame thing and i heard angels and stuff....
