Printed background is beige instead of transparent

Everytime I try and print a transparent or white background, the color prints a light beige. There shouldnt be any color printing at all. Any suggestions??:frustrated:

That used to happen with my HP design jet. You might go ahead and change the BG to white vs transparent. And/or select the BG and make it several shades lighter in photoshop or whatever photo editing software you use.
