I have a latex printer and the next one will be the mimaki. I really like the opacity of the white ink and the built-in cutter will be a great thing for small stickers. The scratch resistance on phototex is almost as good as my latex with a liquid lamination.

Onyx 12.2 PosterShop here for our Epson and Canon machines. Thrive for our Oce UV flatbed. Weird mix... we'll consolidate next update.

So undecided between the hp365 and Epson 80600. Need to buy tomorrow.

I would definitely go with the Hp. without a doubt. lower operating cost, easier to use, lower maintenance costs, higher resale value, the list goes on and on....thx Plottermaster

Good job!! When it's up and running print the same job you ran on the latex machines, stick both jobs to your wall for customers to see the difference. Good luck with everything!!

I would have recommended the 60600 myself, it is what we went with.
The dual CMYK seems to hit anything I've needed it to and we've barely ever used the white ink in our old 70675.
The new Mimaki looks interesting also, but I have not seen it in person.

Your RIP manufacturer should have them. We use Onyx, and we mostly use the ones we got from the Onyx profile downloader, though I have made a couple that I use. In particular, we use a CMYKlclm only profile for outdoor banners and signs to avoid the fading issue with the orange ink.

You can see a huge difference in quality just in the photos, one looks very grainy (which I assume is the HP)
