printer does not start to print flexi file

We have just encountered a very strange problem with Flexi, I send a print file and it rips then shows as complete but the file never starts to print at the HP Latex printer.

Also make sure the port for the printer is still configured right in Production Manager....

Double check 'Send Mode' is set to "Send Now" and not something else.

Ah - yeah that has gotten me more than once..... Somehow managed to change it to "hold in list". lol

will have a look when i get back in and let you all know what I find - I'm find Flexi to be a bit flaky TBF......more bugs than a GREENHOUSE

Could be too that you have set the Queue to „inactive“. Can be checked with right-click. Happens sometimes by mistake.
