Love these frames, easy to use. But I'm interested in the other thing you guys are talking about, for cheaper production runs.

I have a Pro-4000 but use it mostly for photo prints on paper. For the canvas, I use our Latex 365, I can think that the ink and material cost on this should be less. Canvas I've been using is

Magic GFCVM Acid Free Poly/Cotton Inkjet Canvas​

Now, if someone has a tip, I'm looking for a canvas reasonably priced, that can be used in both printers. Lexjet has a huge variety of products, so I may check with them.
