Printer head problems

The black on the test print has lines missing and out of place. I have done a standard and powerful clean on it and tried to suck ink through it with a syringe nothing has helped. what should I do?

How do the wipers look? Are they full of dried ink chunks?

How about the wiper scraper? Is it broken or totally full of dried ink chucnks?

wow that looks good to me. My black is slightly worse than that and i have no problems at all with print quality. I think it is just from time, I keep my printer very clean. One of these days i will take that head out and soak it in the heated sonic cleaner and that should clear it up.

My black looks a little sloppy and mis-aligned and 3-4 cyan's too.

well, the black head is the first inline, so any time you have a head strike,,, it damages that head first. I have replaced my head once because of banner material not being unwound at the back of the printer.

but I would say that your black head should still print good with that test print.

Mine sure prints great even with the alignment issues seen in the photos.
