Printer Not Reading Spot Colors. Rip Or Printer Issue?

I'm using a Roland VP printer and VersaWorks RIP software.
Recently when printing with my Roland Spot Color Library my printer isn't printing the nice colors it did a month ago.
Has anyone had this issue or have any clue what is causing my prints to come out dull??

Sign Equipment Technician
Make sure that you have "Convert Spot Color" checked on the File Format tab. I set this up as a preference in both queues.
