Printer Problem

Sorry if this is something that is easy to fix and I am just dumb. OK, been wraping vehicles for 10 years now, just bought my 1st printer. PrismJet Plus 62". Now I got it all hooked up and when I rip a picture and print it, no ink is coming out, if you look at the vinyl at a angle you can see the image in some type of oily residue. I have no IDEA and it is starting to make me very angry. ANY help would be very appreciated!!!

have you tried a nozzle check? that will tell you if ink is in the lines and getting to the head.

Maybe it is this simple.... Make sure your cartridges are not the cleaning cartridges first of all... mine are white..... Also Make sure that you do a cleaning cycle of LittleCharge.... that cycle will refill the ink.......

I really hope it's that easy.......
