Printer recommendation / White ink on clear vinyl

I'm needing to add a printer that can print on clear digital vinyl in white ink, can anybody make any suggestions as to a suitable machine?

The size isn't a big issue it doesn't have to be large format, the max size would be around A4 (200mm x 300mm). It would also need exterior capabilities.

For that size you would want to look at either a Roland BN 20 or a gerber edge, both have their pros &cons
