Hello im having problems with my printer, Every time i print , all colors go out with no image and get all black, first i was having the "[FONT=wf_segoe-ui_normal]E077 error head overheat" I change print head data cables and the fuses and started again but cannot print anymore and when i tried to print an [/FONT]image with good resolution gives me the "[FONT=wf_segoe-ui_normal]E077 error head overheat" error and get stuck, please give me ideas.[/FONT]

printhead Mutoh problem

Is this a valuejet machine?
If it is that issue looks as if the printhead has died.
Replace print head and head cable and you will be back in business.
Don't use the machine whilst printing like this as it could blow the f2 fuse on the motherboard which is a pain to replace.
Also only use a genuine mutoh head cable.

Does the head cable really make a big difference? I always figured ribbon cable is ribbon cable.. :\
