Printhead troubles

I have a vj1608. I am converting it to eco sol. I have 2 problems, 1 the gasket under the manifold keeps leaking, 2 the ribbon that attaches to circuit board on one of the sides let go.
So can I somehow reattach the ribbon back to the board. Also where do I get the gasket.

Once that cable is detached the head is basically cooked. It's not a normal soldered on cable. Also, they don't really sell those gaskets outside of new heads so if it is leaking you are out of luck there too. If you get it going let us know but unfortunately I am not betting on it.
