Printing 70/30 Solvex Perf on a Hp Latex 360 - dry ink areas

Looking for some experienced ideas to what may be happening when we print perforated vinyl. Our machine has been recently serviced by HP and is running wonderfully, that is, until we print perforated vinyl.

When printing perforated vinyl there are dry marks that look like banding, but running vertically on the prints, opposite the direction of the print head. I have tried various ICC profiles, hoping that it is in the profile, but the problem continually presents itself.

Could the percentage of ink or optimized be the problem?

Would using the interpass delay help this problem.

Attaching some pictures. The colors should be solid and brilliant and not have the grayish looking bands through them. Hopefully you can see what I am talking about.

I appreciate any advice or help, in advance. Thank you!

Have you tried adjusting your curing temps? I'm not absolutely sure, but that looks like a curing issue to me.

More than likely a curing problem, try it with a different profile or different curing temps and see if it still does it. Could be a bad roll, but I would think it’s a curing issue from what I see

...just recently serviced What did tech repair? How old is unit? looks like your curing module needs to be cleaned because pattern is vertical. What are the values of your profit, specifically ink density? Id try to run at 8/p 90 temps around 215-218 degrees
