Printing a pantone swatch.

In Flexi, open the Pantone palette you wish to work with. Go to View>Create Swatch>Current Palette. You will be able to choose the number of rows, columns, size of text labels, etc and create a custom, sequentially-numbered Pantone table for printing, etc.

Yes with all the yellows in order then next color.

Something where if I want to match a yellow I'm not jumping all over the place because they are not in order..

What is the best order or number of rows I would need.?

I can't see how that would be better than the correct numbered layout. "yellows" for instance sometimes go towards greens or oranges, etc. I would print it out in the correct numerical order; your eye should be able to find the correct color match easily enough.
