Printing Backlit on a ColorSpan 5400

Hi,

Right now i'm printing all my backlit prints on a Hewlett Packard 3500CP but i want to try to print all my backlit prints on the ColorSpan 5400. I've tried the backlit material i use for my HP3500 but the quality is not good at all. Way to bright and with a metallic look that's just too ugly to describe. Anybody know what backlit material i could use on the Colorspan 5400?

Slof, you have to use a non coated backlit film. Similar to what they use for solvent. I also know that ColorSpan offers a UV backlit film. I haven't seen a sample, but worth a shot

Do a reverse print on clear film, with a white diffuser behind it. Cuts the texture banding completely out, and pops the colors as well.
