Printing Banners/flex face

Does anybody print banners? We are running an Epson Surecolor s80600 and i cant seem to avoid the head striking. Any media setting suggestions?

I would love to help, but im not an expert on Epson, however that might be happening due a suction or heat issue.

I've been running an S80 for over a year... tons of banners. Zero issues. Check the suction. You should hear the fans suck the material down.

this could be a problem while installing the media, the feeder and take-up mechanisms may not be adjusted correctly

do the head adjustment, i used to have this problem all the time. solution was very simple

See if you can raise your head some. You might need to turn off the printers curing heater we've had that cause banner to bunch up. If your shops humidity is really high that can cause it as well.
