Printing Carbon Fiber?

Hey Guys and Gals,

I have a customer who wants carbon fiber in her sled wrap. How do you go about printing carbon fiber on a digital printer? i have a VS-640 without the silver and white ink. Ive seen it done just wondering how they did it? Thanks.

or there are tons of free layer styles for photoshop that allow you to select a layer and apply.

have done the PS layers those turned out good
carbon always looks best with matte finish

While carbon prints look decent I prefer the textured carbon film. Yes I understand the fact that you wold like to print and apply it all at once. But the textured carbon with its matte finish would look smokin' as a counterpoint to a high gloss laminate.

We print on 1080 White Carbon Fiber all the time... just use a hot melt or liquid laminate.
